Often, the effort put into a self assessment is incommensurate with the received information and deducible actions. Because a simple self assessment of the organisation does not initiate a prioritisation of improvement areas, let alone concrete improvement actions. Therefore, many organisations experience certain sullenness. After complex analyses, the personal and often also the f inancial resources of many organisations are depleted. The motivation to implement systematic improvements gets lost. In fact, fast and effective instruments are needed to receive concrete actions from the self assessment to be able to react fast and efficiently on gathered improvement areas. In this regard, the developed methods must take account of the holistic approach of TQM-Models (i.e. EFQM, MBNQA) and include fast action compilation. In order to meet these requirements, we developed the SAB®-Method. Since 1999 until today, we were able to optimise the method through experience from a great number of applications in every sector and satisfied our customers’ needs. Thus, we are able to offer a comprehensive, practicable and profitable method for every kind of organisation. |
