The  fundamental concept of SAB^®

Purposeful acting to changes is regarded as one of the most essential factor for successful corporate management.

There is a permanent need to handle internal and external, predictable as well as unforeseeable changes. This central task of the management gets more complex and difficult in times of rapid technological, structural and social changes. The early diagnosis of new risks but also of new chances is crucial.

The sustainable attainment of business goals is striven by a clear strategy, efficient processes and an optimal planning and allocation of all available resources. At the same time, a systematic consideration of changing expectations and needs of all interest groups within the organisation must be assured. Therefore, management concepts permitting a holistic view on the organisation steadily gain importance. By supporting model-like structures, it is their goal to monitor the realisation and the efficiency of important procedures and to act correspondingly. European enterprises, which put effort into excellent performance can orient themselves at the model for Excellence of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), for example.

The SAB^®-Method was developed by bearing exactly these aspects in mind. SAB^® provides results assuming state-of-the-art theories about systems embedded into the Excellence-Philo-
sophy and outlined by several years of practical experience. The results are gathered after an organisation-specific adjustment and therefore are extensive, realistic and reliable enabling continuity in the endeavours to excellence.
