The summarised analysis of all substantial information is the basis for an efficient Prioritising- Workshop. Strengths, priorities, lack of information and extreme differences in assessment within the group are recapitulated. Improvement potentials, which have been revealed, are additionally analysed in respect to representativeness and spread. This enables the improvement team to induce a structured process of consensus finding. Subsequent figure shows an example of evaluation options, which is provided by the summarised analysis. |
