An essential step within the process of self assessment is the prioritising of critical improvement areas, which are substantial for business success.

For this purpose, particular criteria are determined and eventually weighted within the scope of the Prioritising-Workshop. Possible criteria are feasibility and importance of a project to achieve business goals.

This procedure is supported by the SAB®-TOOL-Module «Prioritising», which allows an immediate and clear visualisation
